As agreed at the clubs AGM on Sunday 17th February 2019, please find attached a draft proposal for a club constitution for discussion and review. The clubs management committee will meet on 14 April to finalise and adopt an agreed draft. Members are asked to provide any feedback before this date directly to me in writing for consideration. A final version will be made available to all members and included on the clubs website.
