Club AGM 2023

To be held @ The Cannon Inn | Sunday 19th Feb 2023 from noon, and remotely by Zoom.

A meeting invite reminder, including a Zoom meeting link, will be sent out the week preceding the meeting date.

This is an important meeting in the club's yearly cycle and all members are encouraged to attend in person if possible. We will attempt to allow virtual joining by Zoom but given this will be the first time we will have tried this there will be no guarantee as to the success.

Please read the attached draft agenda. Additional matters to be discussed should be notified to the Club Secretary by no later than the 5th of February, 2023. 

The 2022 minutes and the Club Constitution are also attached for reference.
