This is the formal notice of the clubs annual AGM for 2021.
To be held via Zoom on Sunday 21st February 2021 from 4 pm
A meeting invite will be sent out the week preceding the meeting date.
Apologies: Please provide apologies in advance.
A quorum for a General Meeting shall be 7 Full Members.
Please provide any matters for consideration at the meeting by 7th February 2021.
These will then be included in the formal agenda which will be sent out along with other relevant
information by the 14th February.
Please advise me of your intention to join this meeting so that I can ensure that everyone has connected on the day. Anyone who has an issue with access via Zoom please advise me and we can discuss how this
is addressed.
There will be a number of very important issues to discuss and vote on so member attendance is important.
To speed the meeting along there will be a strict mute all unless speaking policy. Permission to speak can be directed to the Chair via a hand up or Chat question. Officers are requested to submit reports in writing
to me for distribution at least 3 days before the meeting.
