Please find attached the formal agenda for the AGM scheduled for next Sunday.
Minutes from the last AGM and the Club Constitution are also attached.
Please advise me of your intention to join this meeting so that I can ensure that everyone has connected on the day. Anyone who has an issue with access via Zoom please advise me and we can discuss how this
is addressed.
There will be a number of very important issues to discuss and vote on so member attendance is important.
To speed the meeting along there will be a strict mute all unless speaking policy. Permission to speak can be directed to the Chair via a hand up or Chat question. Officers are requested to submit reports in writing
to me for distribution at least 3 days before the meeting.
Currently I have confirmation from only 2 individuals we require at least 7 people to attend in order that the meeting is valid. Without this meeting there can be no cricket with or without COVID.
Club Officers are reminded that reports should be provided in writing before the meeting to speed up events.
