I am sure you were excited to hear the Prime Minister indicate that recreational cricket can return, as was I.
While the statement seemed to suggest that this may be possible from next weekend I would just urge everyone to remain patient.
No guideline has yet been issued on what 'cricket' can at present look like. When this arrives (hopefully in the next few days) everyone will need some time to digest and respond.
There will also be practical issues such as finding opponents and preparing grounds. Once the club has clear guidance we will move forward as quickly as is practical.
If you have not yet responded to my request about your availability to play then please do so as -- priority will be given to those that do so.
